Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development of our core product and platform, driving strategic vision and ensuring quality software.
  • Collaborate with product and design leaders to establish a compelling future vision for our product.
  • Direct our technical and architectural roadmap, focusing on delivering high-quality experiences and peak performance.

Requirements



  • 13+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
  • 8+ years in an engineering leadership role, overseeing organizations of 60 or more.
  • Experience developing, coaching, and managing engineering leaders, such as Engineering Directors and Engineering Managers.
  • Passion for designing, evolving, and optimizing the development process.
  • Experience working with Ruby, React, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with CRM-type applications and building data-intensive applications.
