Job Title: Computer Systems Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Technician to join our team at Techmate. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining computer systems, electronic equipment, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with computer systems, electronic equipment, and peripherals
  • Repair and replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office and MS Excel skills
  • Networks and wireless networks experience
  • Mac OS and information technology knowledge
