Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Specialist to join our team at Techmate. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining computer systems, electronic equipment, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to determine the requirements for repair
  • Install and repair electronic equipment, including computers, peripherals, and mainframe computers
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, electronics, and technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
