Job Title: Fish Processing Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fish Processing Plant Manager to join our team at Clearwater Seafoods LP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fish processing plant, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure optimal plant performance and meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Employee Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in fish processing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Rural area, remote location.
