Papa Joe's Pizza & Chicken - Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa Joe's Pizza & Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and management of food and beverage inventory, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
