Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa Joe's Pizza & Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to help staff develop their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
