About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Better Rehab in Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our participants and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to address the unique needs of our participants.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to participants and their families to empower them to manage their conditions and achieve their goals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A valid full driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Relevant employment checks and clearance.
