  • Quote and Contract Management: Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for customer orders.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Estimate delivery dates based on company schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Sales Analysis: Review and analyze sales reports to identify sales potential with current and potential customers.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize marketing tools, such as catalogs and vendor collateral, to promote our products and expand reach in your territory.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information.
  • Customer Issues Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer claims and problems with deliveries, returns, and credits.
  • Trade Show Attendance: Attend trade shows as required to stay up-to-date on industry trends and promote our products.
  • Travel and Territory Management: Travel 40% - 80% locally, occasionally nationally and/or internationally, to manage your territory effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Two (2) plus years' experience in channel distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years of related industry experience in natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries.
  • Skills: Strong math skills, ability to determine solutions for customers, results-oriented, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in French.
