  • Food Quality and Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
