We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and ensuring the effective delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate business process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  2. Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business requirements to inform process improvements and system enhancements.
  3. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans to drive business process improvements and system enhancements.
  4. Change Management: Provide leadership and guidance on change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition of new processes and systems.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  6. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in business process improvement methodologies.
