About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing solutions to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain business cases to support process improvements
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, computer science)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
