Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Surfside Adventure Tours Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and review administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
