About the Role
Averna Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the development of manufacturing test solutions in our Montreal office. As a key member of our test engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating test fixture development activities, managing test development projects, and driving communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate custom test fixture development activities and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage test development projects and initiatives through planning, development, and deployment to support NPI and volume manufacturing.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers for status reviews, problem identification, issue escalation, and solution implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering, industrial design, or a manufacturing-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and industry knowledge.
- Experience with manufacturing test industries, testing approaches, supplier management, and software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of Python development and manufacturing test design.
