Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Meltwich Food Co. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling transactions with a smile.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
