Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant service, working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities include liaising with the Front of House and Back of House teams, handling customer concerns and complaints, and managing the Front of House team to set up the restaurant for a successful service.
Banff Hospitality Collective is a group of iconic and popular downtown restaurants in Banff, including Balkan Restaurant, Chuck's Steakhouse, and Hello Sunshine. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience.
