We are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team at pt Health, a leading provider of home and community care services. As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing assessments and interventions to support their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is a casual part-time opportunity, with referrals coming from a variety of sources. You will have the flexibility to schedule assessments at your convenience, and will be paid a premium rate for your services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent living services assessments in clients' homes
  • Provide personalized assessments and interventions to support clients' independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Document client progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational therapy
  • Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP) certification
