Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and food preparation.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that our food service operations are aligned with our overall business goals.
- 2+ years of experience in a food service management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
