Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and respond to their complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement processes to maintain high-quality products and services.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for long periods of time and may be required to lift heavy objects.
