Fish and Seafood Processor

Big Lobster Seafood Incorporated is seeking a skilled Shellfish Processor, Hand to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will be responsible for preparing shellfish for marketing or further processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
- Scrape away scales, cut fish, separate fillets, and remove scrap parts using a knife
- Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing
Our processing facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be working in a noisy, odorous, and dusty environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
