Fish and Seafood Processor

We are seeking a skilled Fish and Seafood Processor to join our team at Big Lobster Seafood Incorporated. As a key member of our processing team, you will be responsible for preparing fish and seafood for marketing or further processing.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood to meet quality standards
- Operate shellfish processing machines to prepare products for canning or further processing
- Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans
Our processing facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be working in a noisy, dusty, and wet environment with varying temperatures.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience working with shellfish processing machines
- Knowledge of fish and seafood handling and preparation procedures
