About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the LCBO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge and creating a best-in-class experience for customers.
- Engage with customers, colleagues, and wholesale representatives to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
- Perform job rotational duties, including lifting, standing, and processing customer transactions.
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be comfortable adhering to COVID safety protocols.
- Be eligible to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
- Agree to submit to a Criminal Background Check.
What You Need to Know:
- Hours will be scheduled based on operational requirements and seniority.
- Be available for peak business periods, including evenings and weekends.
- Wear a light grey shirt, black pants, and black shoes during shifts.
- This is a union job, requiring payment of union dues.
