CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineering Technician to join our team of experts in bridge engineering and design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the development of bridge projects.
Key Responsibilities- Bridge Design and Development: Participate in the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes for bridge projects, working closely with a team of technicians, drafters, and engineers.
- Project Mock-ups: Create detailed project mock-ups by modeling bridge elements and interchanges.
- Modeling and Planning: Develop and prepare models and plans for engineering structures, ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure effective coordination with CAD teams and other departments.
- Studies and Reports: Participate in the preparation of studies and technical reports.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to junior employees.
- Education: DEC in civil engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in structures (bridges, engineering structures, buildings).
- Safety Training: Safety training on construction sites (ASP card).
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency using AutoCAD, BIM, Revit software.
