About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.). As a Personal Lines Broker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing book of business clients, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Provide front-line support to clients, assisting with leads, quotes, underwriting, and policy creation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Liaise with external insurance partners to negotiate and plan optimal retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to all branches coast to coast.
Requirements
  • RIBO certification (preferred) or ability to obtain.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of broker support and sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, resolution, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, client relations, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and PIB team members.
  • Attention to detail and excellent computer skills, with proficiency in BMS (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services).
