Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our customers. This includes coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate special events, such as banquets and buffets
- Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for events
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
