We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Lazeez Shawarma. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package take-out food for our customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet our high standards
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet our quality standards
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Lazeez Shawarma, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are crucial. You will be expected to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dependability and a positive attitude
