Meat Production Specialist

About the Job: As a key member of our meat processing team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for sale. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience working with meat carcasses, sides, and quarters. They will also be responsible for cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats. Additionally, they will assist with tasks such as weighing meats for sale and cutting poultry into parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A secondary school graduation certificate is required, with experience an asset. Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods are essential for this role. Previous experience working in a fast-paced food production environment would be considered an asset.
