Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional detailing experience. Key responsibilities include preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, detailing interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles, performing paint protection and fabric protection, installing rust modules, buffing/polishing vehicles as required, maintaining detailing equipment, organizing rental vehicles, and treating every vehicle as if it were their own.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum three to five years automotive detailer experience
- Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional customer service
- Team-oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude
- A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
- Ability to work on Saturday as per business needs
- Non-skid/safety shoes required
