Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license
  • Active BLS/CPR certification
  • Active ACLS certification
  • Knowledge of emergency department procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
