Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Macbeeners Business Goods. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of products throughout our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Stockroom Management: You will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring that all items are accurately inventoried and stored in a safe and organized manner.
  • Price Marking and Labeling: You will be responsible for pricing items using stamps or stickers according to our price list, ensuring that all products are correctly labeled and presented to customers.
  • Customer Service: You will interact with customers to assist with locating products, answering questions, and resolving any issues related to product availability or pricing.
  • Inventory Maintenance: You will maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Order Fulfillment: You will ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately, meeting customer expectations for delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • You must have 1-6 months of experience in a retail or inventory management environment.
  • You should have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • You will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure excellent customer service.
