Wealth Associate Job Description

As a Wealth Associate at National Bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Wealth Advisors in managing high net worth client accounts, providing superior client service, and executing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing transfers, assisting in executing trades and security transactions, and maintaining client files according to industry requirements. Additionally, you will help identify client needs, assist in analysis and client preparation materials, and actively participate in activities related to the team's business development. You will also be expected to keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date and ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected. If you have a college diploma in administration and a minimum of 3 years' industry experience, and possess strong oral and written communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Wealth Advisors in managing high net worth client accounts
  • Provide superior client service
  • Execute administrative tasks
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing transfers
  • Assist in executing trades and security transactions
  • Maintain client files according to industry requirements
  • Help identify client needs
  • Assist in analysis and client preparation materials
  • Participate in activities related to the team's business development
