Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our Wealth Advisors in managing high net worth client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Wealth Advisors in administrative tasks and activities related to client account management
  • Provide superior client service and support
  • Monitor and execute trades and security transactions
  • Manage client files and maintain industry requirements
  • Assist with client activities, including scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings
  • Identify client needs and assist in analysis and client preparation materials
  • Participate in team business development activities
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected
  • Act as a resource in resolving client issues
  • Guide and train new employees and mentor peers on complex products, procedures, and policies
Requirements
  • College diploma in administration (Bachelor of Business Administration is an asset) and a minimum of 3 years' industry experience
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of CROESUS software, desirable
  • Ability to learn computer systems quickly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Client service experience
  • Ability to bring the Bank's values to life within the team
  • Ability and interest in teamwork
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
