Geriatric Psychotherapist

We are seeking a part-time and full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to work with our geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients
• Collaborate with our integrated care team, including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans

• A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow
