We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team at Vitae Health Systems. As a member of our integrated care team, you will work closely with adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists to provide high-quality care to our geriatric patients.

This part-time and full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated patient base and enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. You will have the opportunity to work in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting, providing psychotherapy services to our geriatric patients.

• Provide psychotherapy services to geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting
