Creative Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Creative Artisan to join our team at Utpala Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services that exceed our clients' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a strong focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting: Clean and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
• Mix paint to desired colour and texture: Use your expertise to create custom colours and finishes that meet our clients' needs.
• Apply paint and materials: Safely apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings: Offer expert advice to help our clients make informed decisions about their interior design.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, ability to distinguish between colours, and physical capabilities including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
