Job Overview
A challenging and dynamic role awaits in our aviation team. As an Aviation Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing ground operations, supervising ramp attendants, and ensuring the smooth execution of flights.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform ground operations, including fueling, cleaning, and aircraft preparation.
  • Manage a team of ramp attendants, providing training and support to ensure efficient ground movements.
  • Coordinate fuel administration, monitoring inventory levels and performing maintenance as required.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as updating electronic flight bags and managing waste disposal.
  • Assist with emergency response plans and coordinate with other teams as needed.

Requirements:
  • Valid Unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Valid Unrestricted Canadian Passport.
  • Functional ability to push/pull/carry up to 75lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to pass a background, security, and criminal record check.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • At least 1 year's experience with aircraft ground handling.
