Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of regional markets and retail networks to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Create global product lines and marketing briefs that meet consumer and dealer needs across different segments.
- Lead product presentations and product knowledge content creation, tailored for various audiences.
- Optimize product mix and pricing strategies to maximize value for CCM, customers, and consumers.
- Analyze and present financial forecasts and scenarios to capitalize on opportunities and maximize return.
- Review and evaluate the global SKU offering to identify trends and opportunities for expansion or reduction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field; MBA or Master's Degree is an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using hard data to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong writing and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (French and English) – oral and written.
