At La Place Rendez-Vous, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and management, with the ability to lead a team of cooks and ensure the highest quality of dishes are served to our customers.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. They will also be responsible for training staff in food preparation and handling, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and will be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Ability to make decisions quickly
