Are you a night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a Night Bellperson to join our team at Fairmont Empress, a Forbes Four-Star, 4-Diamond property located in the heart of Victoria, BC.
What You'll Do:- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing timely and friendly greetings, luggage assistance, and special requests.
- Be knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and transportation information to enhance the guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Participate in emergency response procedures to maintain the security of the hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- A minimum of one year of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- A valid BC Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation information.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of relationship building.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- A competitive hourly pay rate of $20.11 to $22.98.
