- Communication and Research: Gather, research, and prepare high-quality communications materials to support our recruitment campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special publicity events and promotions to showcase our services and attract potential clients.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs to support our recruitment goals.
- Travel and Transportation: Be willing to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally, to support our recruitment efforts.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our recruitment objectives, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Cultural Competency: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as cultural competency training for Indigenous workers.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
