Job Overview

Paladin Security is committed to making the world a safer and friendlier place. We're seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preventing theft and violence, and responding to site emergencies. If you have a passion for helping people and a track record of handling responsibility, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming presence and exceptional customer service

• Prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules and regulations

• Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks in accordance with site policies and procedures

• Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires, and other urgent matters)

• Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events

• Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on site

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

• Eligible to work in Canada

• Prior experience working in Security or Customer Service

• Bilingual (where applicable)
