Job Summary

As a Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our healthcare workers and visitors. This is a rewarding career opportunity that requires excellent verbal de-escalation skills, confidentiality, and discretion when handling private information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a welcoming presence and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
  • Prevent Security Incidents: Prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules and regulations on site.
  • Monitor Site Visitors: Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks in accordance with site policies and procedures.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond professionally to site emergencies, including alarms, medical emergencies, fires, and other urgent matters.
  • Communicate Suspicious Activities: Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to management.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences on site.

Requirements
