Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled HDD Driller Technician to join our field construction team at The Crossing Company - LRD. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining Horizontal Directional Drilling rigs in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Horizontal Directional Drilling rigs in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet project objectives
  • Perform labor-intensive duties in various outdoor weather conditions

Requirements

  • Previous experience on Horizontal Directional Drilling rigs (ideally 100 or 200 ton rigs) with Vermeer and Ditch Witch preferred
  • Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of safety protocols
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating between day and night shift) for extended periods
