We, The Crossing Company – Light Rig Division (LRD), are looking to add skilled and driven people to join our field construction team. We have multiple positions available:

  1. Driller
  2. Rig Manager
What you’ll Need

You must have:

  1. Previous experience on a Horizontal directional drilling rig
  2. A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team members
  3. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
  4. Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive duties in various outdoor weather conditions
  5. Valid Class 5 Drivers License required
  6. Valid Class 1 Drivers License is an asset
  7. Safety Tickets: SFA, H2S Alive, GD II, PCST, CSTS 2020
  8. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating between day and night shift) for extended periods on shifts ranging from 6 days on 1 day off up to 24 days on and 4 days off (shift rotation depends on each specific project)
  9. Ability to travel to various job site locations throughout Canada (AB, BC, SK, etc.)
  10. Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
What we Offer
  1. $40 - $50 per hour depending on position and experience plus overtime on all hours over 44 hours per week
