About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at WestRock. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating and assembling printing plates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand docket instructions, manufacturing specs, and printing specifications.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality printing plates.
  • Work effectively with other staff and customers to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Follow all safety and quality control processes to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Ability to work steady night shifts (9pm-5am).
  • Strong work ethic and physical fitness to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
  • Basic computer skills to record entries into software programs.
  • Willingness to cross-train within the production department.
