About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Tiara Doors and Moulding Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.
  • Product Selection: Determine the range of products to be sold, including merchandise and services, to meet customer demands and business objectives.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other problems that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a customer-focused approach.
