Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 13148220 CANADA INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish the work, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or operations role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
