About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hospitality Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating and executing our hospitality interior fitting-out projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Work closely with our stakeholders to plan project scope and cost, ensuring that all requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing project presentations, including scopes, cost, timeline, deliverables and other key elements, to ensure stakeholder buy-in and approval.
  • Tender Management: Prepare and manage Requests for Proposal (RFP) for tender, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Consultant and Contractor Management: Conduct assessments and interviews with consultants and contractors, providing advice to our stakeholders on selection and appointment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements, licenses and permits are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and Equipment Advice: Provide expert advice on design, equipment and layout to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards.
  • Project Representation: Act as the representative of Plaza Premium Group to consultants, contractors, local authorities and other stakeholders related to the project.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and supervise the performance of consultants, contractors and other external stakeholders, reporting any issues or concerns to our stakeholders.
  • Progress Reporting: Report progress, milestones, budget and deliverables regularly to our stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the approved plan.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all quality assurance processes are followed, and that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction or related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of M&E systems and experience in hospitality and food & beverage business would be desirable.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
