Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Pauline Family. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Shop for groceries and household supplies, ensuring the client's needs are met.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Criminal record check.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in non-smoking environments, ensuring a healthy and safe living space.
