Job Title: Accounting Clerk - Financial Data Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing general ledgers, and performing financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare trial balance and bank reconciliations
  • Invoice clients and collect payments
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Prepare income tax and perform foreign currency exchange
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Manage cash

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Quick learner
