Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise and supplies for the gas station, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and inventory is managed effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for staff members, ensuring that the gas station is adequately staffed at all times.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and supplies, ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded and managed.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Monitor and coordinate the activities of staff members, ensuring that customer needs are met and that the gas station is operating efficiently.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records of sales and revenue.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
